ArtPORT is a port for art, a connecting hub for the flow of ideas and culture located at the Port of Los Angeles.
The ArtPORT program exhibits environmentally-themed multi-dimensional works by renown local, regional and global artists.
TheSHELL @ ArtPORT is a place to experience immersive art, environmental education, and community engagement.
TheSHELL will be a gateway to the PORT of LA featuring arts education as well as opportunities to create and exhibit 3D works using materials commonly found at ports.
Neighborhood Resource Gardens catalyze neighborhood resiliency hubs at civic open spaces, supporting urban gardens and STEAM education on a daily basis, while serving as off-the-grid community emergency kits for disaster relief in times of need. A prototype will be located next to TheSHELL@ArtPORT.
